Why is your strapline service with pride? 
The lifeblood of my business is repeat custom, recommendations and referrals from candidates and clients. The only way I get these is if I don’t just please my customers and candidates but wow them and deliver beyond their expectations time after time. I am very proud of our success in these areas and the endless testimonials I have received from clients and especially my candidates. 
 
 
Why should clients use you? 
I am very experienced having done this for over 15 years and therefore I know how to find the best candidates on the market. I also understand that my clients time is very valuable and they don't want to waste it by interviewing candidates who are not suitable both technically and from a personality perspective. My clients can therefore engage with me knowing their time will be valued. 
 
I am also a lot more than a "CV broker", I regard myself as a consultant and have introduced existing and new clients to various new concepts which have solved their recruitment needs. Due to this, much of the new business I get is from referral and recommendation and any new clients are welcome to speak to my existing clients to get their direct feedback on my services.

What drives you? 
For my candidates, the knowledge that what I do has a very positive impact on their careers and lives. For my clients, knowing that my work is helping them grow as a business and achieve their goals. 
 
 
Why should a candidate come to you for help? 
I don’t just put my candidates into new jobs and send them on their way. I work with them on a career plan to get them into the right job which will open career doors for them and get them to where they want to be in the next 5-10 years. 
 
On top of this I have over 15 years experience and am well placed to provide support every step of the way during the hiring process, my candidates can reach me any time day or night and I am very well connected which allows me to get my candidates multiple options based on the criteria their career plan requires.
